The purpose of the Superclass competition is to encourage teamwork, positive attitudes and cooperation, and friendly competition among students.
Students in the class are observed by any teachers get in class. A wall chart is hung on the wall including all week`s lessons. After each lesson, the teachers add a circle (for their positive attitude and cooperation) or cross one (for unexpected or misbehaving attitude).
At the end of the lesson, each teacher provides feedback to students to support positive behaviour and attitudes.
Every Friday, after having lunch, the winner who earned more circles will be announced and awarded the cup of the Superclass.
The cub remains in the winner’s class until the next Friday.
