General Manager Message

All praise is due to Allah ﷻ who has blessed us with the power of Iman and knowledge. Salutations to our beloved Prophet ﷺ.

I am delighted to welcome you to Fukuoka international Islamic school (FIIS) which provides Islamic education alongside the international Curriculum subjects. We aim to ensure that young people should be offered with a balanced and broad level of education to meet their spiritual, moral, emotional, physical and social needs.

Another model stands in front of FIIS that parents are attracted to is a Japanese education, which is one of the strongest education systems in the world on a material level. In this case, the Muslim parents in our society will ask themselves, do we need a new school?  I think that the answer without any contemplation may be “no”, but if you know that a statistic conducted by Muslim researchers in Japan about the second generation of Muslims in Japan indicates that 90 % of the Muslim second generation has completely turned away from Islam if they have not atheist. What will be your answer!?

Some of the Muslim scholars said: “God Almighty will ask the father about his kids on the Day of Resurrection before the child be asked about his father”, so God’s commandment to their children takes precedence over the commandment to his fathers.

God Almighty says: “O you who have believed, protect yourselves and your families from a fire whose fuel is people and stones” 66-6, and our prophet may Allah ’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: There is no ruler who takes charge of a Muslim subject and dies deceiving them, the God forbids him to enter Paradise.  (agreed up on it)

FIIS becomes like a magic solution if you want to establish a balance between your desire for your kids to has a brilliant future socially and also a good Muslim, as he will earn his religion and at the same time he will not lose his life.

FIIS focus on the practical aspects of Islam, which develops a student to become a prospective engineering , Doctors , scientist etc. , with strong science knowledge and who capable for finding solutions for the contemporary problems in the daily life of a Muslim.

Our outstanding teachers and support staff are dedicated to developing and nurturing our students’ faith in Allah, and preparing them to be engaged as a good Japanese citizens, stewards of humanity and people of beautiful character.

What we hope is to see all Muslim children in Fukuoka and the surrounding cities attend school, so that we can preserve their Islamic identity without losing the ability to coexist with Japanese society.
